Honorees
This years Honorees are Joan and Mike Kaufman, Ellen and Mort Silver, and Lois and Bob Zuckerman. These three couples were founding members of the first South Shore Sweethearts Tennis Tournament in 1977. They are being honored for their 25 years of dedication, hardwork, and outstanding commitment to the success of the Sweethearts Tennis Tournament and finding a cure for Juvenile Diabetes.
Previous Efforts
Last years tournament was a great success, drawing nearly 400 players for a week of exciting tennis and raising more than $175,000 towards a cure for diabetes. Any support brings the Diabetes Research Institute and the 16 million children and adults, living with diabetes in this country alone, one step closer to a future free of this devastating disease.
